Why we love virtual meetups

We have implemented Zoom! Virtual meetups help DCREIE community members connect with and learn from other members of our global community. They can also help local members remain connected during COVID-19 when in-person real estate investing and entrepreneur events are not possible.

Our goals in supporting these events are to grow the DCREIE community, better engage with and increase connections within the DCREIE community, increase awareness of DCREIE, and better educate the community about our powerful platform.

Virtual meetups have a ton of advantages.

• They can be more diverse and inclusive. Anyone with an internet connection is able to contribute.
• They can be more efficient and time-saving. No travel is required and the events are more structured by interest and necessity. (Oh, don’t forget to take the DCREIE Survey!)
• They can deliver better results. They can attract much larger audiences than in-person events and most importantly, increase member participation.
• They can be more collaborative. Most attendees will have a personal computer in front of them so hands-on exercises and demos can be more robust and easier to follow.
