Dana’s Real Estate Advice For Investors
- Always be in control of properties, events, and all other aspects of your real estate investing. The more you are in control, the less stress, mistakes and emergencies you will experience.
- You need to know your numbers. If you’re not looking at your numbers, you will be wasting both money and time.
- Training is the key to growing and improving your business. Invest in a good real estate mentor and on-going training. Be sure to get your team trained and continue their training.
- Set goals, targets, and know what is required to drive profits.
- Add an experienced Realtor to your team. The training and perspective of a Realtor is very different from that of an investor. This will allow investors to approach properties from different viewpoints.
- Build out your circle of influence and networks. Foster these relationships and they will help you grow.
